Mrs. Pauline Benner

Mrs. Pauline Benner teaches in a variety of capacities at ESM. She teaches preschool music at both campuses, K-3 general music at the Getz campus, and 4th - 8th grade choirs at the Union campus. She also works with individual students at the Getz campus as a resource teacher. 

Mrs. Benner is a graduate of Wheaton College Conservatory of Music, and PFW’s Transition to Teaching program in Special Education. She has performed professionally on woodwinds and keyboard for nearly 30 years with several area theatres and symphonies in Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio. She also taught private music lessons in woodwinds, piano, guitar, and voice from 1997 - 2024. Mrs. Benner has served as a worship leader for many years, and currently leads one of the contemporary worship teams at St. Michael Lutheran Church. 

Mrs. Benner holds Indiana teaching certifications in P-12 instrumental and general music, and P-12 mild intervention.
