Ms. Melissa Greener

Assistant Principal - Union Street Campus

Ms. Greener was born and raised in Fort Wayne graduating from Emmaus Lutheran School and then Concordia Lutheran High School. She attended Concordia University - Ann Arbor where she studied Secondary Education with a major in Mathematics and minor in Spanish. She also obtained her Lutheran Teaching Diploma during those four years. Ms. Greener was fortunate to study abroad in Segovia, Spain for four months during her junior year which sparked her love of travel. After graduating from CUAA, she moved to Jackson, Wisconsin and was a traveling teacher for six years between three different schools. She taught middle school Spanish all the way to Pre-Calculus at the high school, and every math class in between. In December of 2022, Ms. Greener graduated with her Master's of Science in Educational Leadership from Concordia University - Ann Arbor.

Ms. Greener is an avid golfer having playied for nearly 20 years and has been blessed to coach at the high school varsity level throughout her time in Wisconsin. She also maximized her love of travel by taking two student groups to Europe back to back summers. She loves to find cheap flights out to Phoenix, down to Orlando, and anywhere in between! She is also a huge Packers fan.

Ms. Greener is so excited to be back in Fort Wayne with her family and friends. She feels so blessed to be part of the ESM community where Christ is at the center, the students are challenged to grow in so many ways, and the teachers are dedicated to the mission of the school.
